Overview

This policy explains what information AminaHost collects when you use our website, dashboard, VPS and hosting services, and how we use, share and protect it.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Order & billing information — the plans you purchase, billing period, and wallet transaction history.
• Service data — details needed to run your VPS or hosting account, such as region, OS image and hostname.
• Usage data — pages visited and actions taken in the dashboard, used to improve the product and for security monitoring.

How we use it

• To create and operate your account, and to deploy and manage the services you order.
• To process payments and maintain accurate billing and wallet records.
• To respond to support requests sent via the dashboard, email or contact form.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

Payment data

Payments (UPI, card, netbanking) are processed by third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway providers. AminaHost does not store your full card number or UPI PIN on its own servers — payment processors handle that data directly, and we only retain the transaction records needed for billing, receipts and dispute resolution.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third-party advertisers.

Data sharing

We share data only where necessary to run the Services:

• With payment gateway providers, to process a transaction you initiate.
• With infrastructure and hosting partners, to provision and run the VPS or hosting account you order.
• When required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on internal systems — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep these protections current.

Data retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account data as described in "Your rights" below.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must legally retain.

Children's privacy

The Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
