1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AminaHost's cloud VPS and hosting services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when you sign up.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that happens under your account, including servers and hosting accounts you deploy.

Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Services & deployment

AminaHost provides self-serve cloud VPS (Indian regions — Delhi and Mumbai) and cPanel/WHM-based hosting plans (Shared, WordPress, Cloud, SMM and Reseller). Plans, specifications, regions and pricing shown on the site at the time of purchase apply to your order. Available stock per region can change; if a region is out of stock at the time you deploy, you will be shown that status before payment is taken.

4. Billing & payments

• Services are billed in advance for the billing period you select (e.g. monthly or yearly).
• Payments are made via UPI, card, netbanking or your AminaHost wallet balance.
• Renewals are not automatic unless you have sufficient wallet balance and have opted in — you remain responsible for renewing before a service expires to avoid interruption or data loss.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Host or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes on others' rights.
• Send spam, run phishing operations, or launch attacks against other systems (including DDoS).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' servers, accounts or AminaHost infrastructure.
• Resell or share access in a way that violates the plan you purchased.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action as described below.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate a server, hosting account, or your AminaHost account if it violates the Acceptable Use section above, if payment is not received for a service in use, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before suspension. You may cancel your own services at any time from your dashboard.

7. Service availability

We work to keep servers and hosting accounts online and reachable, but the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, or events outside our control (including issues at underlying infrastructure and data center partners) can affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AminaHost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue or business, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of data hosted on your servers and hosting accounts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
