By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Customer Agreement and any additional policies specific to the services you have selected. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and AminaHost.

3. Content Policy

3.1. Content Restrictions

AminaHost reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any material that violates applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

3.2. Prohibited Content and Activities

• Ponzi or pyramid schemes, topsites, bank debenture programs, cryptocurrency miners, forex trading, proxy or bot services.
• Spam bots, mail bombers, port/IP scanners, brute force tools, or any hacking utilities.
• Sales or promotion of illegal drugs, explosives, or unauthorized pharmaceuticals.
• Anonymous or bulk SMS gateways, malware, phishing pages, warez, illegal downloads, or pirated software.
• Websites promoting or linking to illegal activities, adult content, or obscene materials.
• Hosting of games, IRC servers, or any service connected to IRC networks.
• Streaming copyrighted events or distributing copyrighted materials without permission.
• Sites promoting hate speech, violence, or human trafficking.

AminaHost reserves the right to identify and remove any additional content deemed inappropriate, indecent, or harmful.

4. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)

AminaHost complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that a hosted site is infringing your copyrights, please send a detailed notice to support@aminahost.com. All valid notices will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken, including possible suspension or termination of the infringing account.

5. Abuse of Resources

Any attempt to compromise or disrupt AminaHost’s servers or network is strictly prohibited, including DDoS attacks, vulnerability scanning, or hosting malicious software.

Hosting illegal, copyrighted, or defamatory content is forbidden. Accounts violating these rules may be terminated immediately without refund.

Sites consuming excessive resources that impact others may be asked to upgrade or optimize their usage. AminaHost targets a 99.95% uptime, though temporary downtime may occur for maintenance.

6. Unsolicited Email / Bulk Mail (SPAM Policy)

AminaHost maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against SPAM. Sending unsolicited emails or hosting spam-related services will result in suspension or termination without refund. Repeat or severe violations may lead to permanent removal and legal action.

7. Backups and Data Responsibility

While AminaHost performs regular internal backups, customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups. In the event of data loss, AminaHost will attempt to restore data on a best-effort basis, but cannot guarantee data recovery.

8. 99.95% Uptime Guarantee

AminaHost strives to maintain 99.95% uptime across all hosting services. This guarantee excludes downtime caused by external network issues, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.

9. Domain Name Registration

When registering domains through AminaHost, you agree to the terms of the respective domain registries. You are responsible for ensuring that your domain name does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate laws.

10. Billing and Payment

By purchasing AminaHost services, you agree to provide accurate billing details and ensure timely payments. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or termination. All payments are due according to your billing cycle, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Termination of Service

AminaHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, if terms are violated or payment is overdue. Upon termination, all associated data may be deleted permanently.

12. Limitation of Liability

AminaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or downtime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

AminaHost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
